Good business is notable for several histories of its creation instead of one history. Really striking in this situation is attitude to the buyer of expensive real estate. A person who can earn money to buy a house in a gated villa community is undoubtedly subsumed by sellers to the category of simpletons who is not able to determine independently which option is good or bad. Since then we developed rapidly. The company engrafted with two branches, in the “north capital of Russia”, St. Petersburg and in the “summer capital”, Sochi. So we became the only agency operating in the market of three capitals simultaneously. We have never considered Vesco Group new divisions establishing to be a new source of profit created. In addition and perhaps even primary goal of integration was the transition of the company transformation into a new quality, providing a customer with service that is fundamentally different from the service available to him earlier.

Developing this concept in 2004 we established Vesco Consulting and Vesco Constraction.
